





Jeanette's wellness journey led her to explore yoga and meditation, where she discovered profound benefits beyond the purely physical. These practices ignited her spirit and inspired her on a whole new level. With five years of personal practice, Jeanette sought to expand her knowledge of yoga and share her passion with others. Building upon her experience as a dance teacher, she found joy in guiding others through the transformative power of movement. Currently she is pursuing her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training and is dedicated to completing this journey by the end of summer 2023. With recent data showing the extreme health benefits of Mindfulness Meditation, Jeanette recently completed and obtained her 20hr Mindfulness Meditation Certification and is eager to help her students cultivate a mindset of awareness, embracing the principles of mindfulness. Jeanette encourages her students to embrace curiosity and intentional living, believing in the potential for growth and self-discovery for everyone. She embodies the belief that there is no "Ideal," only constant room for learning, becoming more fulfilled, and living with greater awareness and grace. The more you tend to your mindful garden during the day, the more you'll bloom in the twilight.
